New Orleans Hornets Takes Game 1 from the Los Angeles Lakers 109-100
Wow I was such surprised. Why was I surprised? I was surprised because the New Orleans Hornets won game 1 against the Los Angeles Lakers 109-100. Chris Paul led the way with a double double scoring 33 points, 14 assists and 7 rebounds on 11 of 18 shooting. Carl Landry added 17 points and 5 rebounds, Jarret Jack added 15 points, 5 assists and 4 rebounds on 5 of 6 shooting. For the Los Angeles Lakers Kobe Bryant led with 34 points on 13 of 26 from the field. Ron Artest added a double double with 16 points and 11 rebounds. Andrew Bynum added 13 points and 9 rebounds. This was a good game for the New Orleans Hornets. If the Los Angeles Lakers want to three peat they must step up there game and find a way to shut down Chris Paul. Congratulations to the New Orleans Hornets for winning Game 1. You got three more wins to get though before you can knock out last year's NBA Champs in the first round. Thank you for reading my NBA blog.
