Memphis Grizzlies improve to 6-0 with win over Oklahoma City Thunder

As far as I've ever known, I don't think the Memphis Grizzlies have ever started out the season 6-0 in franchise history.  I figured the Grizzlies will be a playoff team, because of the good to great pieces on this team, Marc Gasol, Zach Randolph, Mike Conley, Tony Allen, Courtney Lee and Vince Carter just to name a few. The Memphis Grizzlies improved to 6-0 by beating the Oklahoma City Thunder in a close battle 91-89.  I didn't get to watch this game, but I heard it was like two dogs fighting over the same table scraps of food. Memphis Grizzlies Thoughts

1. This team has great pieces, but because of how tough the Western Conference is, it's hard for them to get over the hump and advance to the NBA Finals.  I often wonder if the Grizzlies were in the East if they would be in the Finals
2. Vince Carter scored 8 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists in 19 minutes and 8 seconds of playing time off the bench.
3. Can the Grizzlies keep this hot start going?  
4. How far will the Grizzlies go this season?  
5. Last night if Marc Gasol were healthy all year, they could have been a top 3 team. I'm thinking that if he stayed healthy they could be a top 3 seed, since OKC is struggling with injuries

Oklahoma City Thunder Thoughts

1. I hate seeing Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook out, but the others guys get a chance to play.  Watching this team suffer injuries making me wonder where they will finish
2. When Durant and Westbrook come back,  I still want to see the other guys get to play more. You can get away with running offenses through Durant and Westbrook during the season, but when the playoffs come, this team has to find some other scoring options.  I suggest insert Reggie Jackson into the starting lineup, or Anthony Morrow for three point shooting.  Perry Jones needs to play more.  You could go a five man of Serge Ibaka, Perry Jones, Kevin Durant, Anthony Morrow and Russell Westbrook.  Having Reggie Jackson come off the bench to provide a scoring bunch will help this team in the playoffs. 
3. When you turnover the ball over 17 times to Memphis Grizzlies 8 times, it's not going to help you win ball games.  

Final Thoughts
