Dirk Nowitzki gets a double double to help Mavs take game 1

Dirk Nowitzki led the Mavericks with a double double 28 points and 10 rebounds to help the Mavericks to a 89-81 over the Portland Trailblazers to take game 1. I've been impressed with the play of Dirk Nowitzki and it seems like Dallas suffers when he is injured. Dirk Nowitzki is my favorite power forward in the NBA. I like that he can shoot the 3, pass well and rebound. Jason Kidd added 24 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Jason Terry scored 10 points off the bench. As for the Portland Trailblazers LaMarcus Aldridge scored 27 points on 12 of 20 shooting from the field. Andre Miller added 18 points, 6 assists and 4 rebounds. Nicolas Batum added 14 points and only shot 1 out of 7 from three point range. Game 2 will be Tuesday Night. Don't forget to watch if your enjoying these NBA Playoffs.
