76ers win over Pelicans behind Michael Carter Williams 22 points and Nerlens Noel double-double

The Philadelphia 76ers are rebuilding.  I personally don't like any analysts accusing the Sixers of tanking.  The Sixers sometimes do have bad games as all teams do.  One of the many problems is with this rebuild people are wanting instant gratification.  Remember Sixers fans Rome wasn't build in a day and neither will this team, or any rebuilding NBA team.  I'm predicting a rise from the Sixers in 2016-2017, because 7 foot Kansas drafted center Joel Embiid will be a rookie.   I think Embiid will eventually become a top 5 NBA center,  but rookie seasons are tough, because you have to learn the NBA game instead of the college game.  Last night the Philadelphia 76ers went up against the New Orleans Pelicans.  A blessing for any team going against the Pelicans was that Anthony Davis did not play tonight.  People want to knock Michael Carter Williams or Nerlens Noel when they  have a bad game, but few want to give praise when they have a good to great game. Remember everyone even superstars like Lebron James, Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant, Dwyane Wade even have bad games once in a while.   No basketball player is perfect.  To do that they would have to shoot 100 percent from every statistical category.   Let's give credit where credit is due.  Last night the Philadelphia 76ers defeated the New Orleans Pelicans 96-81.  Michael Carter- Williams lead the way with 22 points and 7 assists. Diamond in the rough player Robert Covington scored 18 points and 6 rebounds.  Big man Nerlens Noel added a double-double by scoring 17 points, 11 rebounds and added 5 blocked shots.   Everyone needs to remember that having the worst record doesn't guarantee you a number one pick in the NBA Draft.   Here is the stats for each team.

I know that as a fan when you buy a ticket to your team's favorite games, you want to see them win.  I personally want to see them at least be competitive and go out there and do the best they can.  Winning is icing on the cake.  Playing 41 home games a season, it's hard for any team to win all 41 games, but if you can win most of them it's a great feeling.  While the Sixers aren't the greatest right now, I will say this they are competitive and has some solid pieces.  The future is hopeful for the Sixers.  Joel Embiid, Nerlens Noel, Michael Carter- Williams, KJ McDaniels, Jermani Grant, and coming over soon Dario Saric.  I think this is a great performance by to me the two stars of this team, Michael Carter- Williams and Nerlens Noel.    What are your thoughts on this game?
