Career high 43 points from Anthony Davis leads Pelicans to win

I find Anthony Davis to be one of the greatest players in the NBA. He reminds me of a younger Tim Duncan or Kevin Garnett. I knew he was going to be a good NBA player. I didn't think at 21 years old though, he would become this great so fast. He is currently second in the NBA in scoring at 26.3 points per game, just behind Kobe Bryant. Davis is also rebounding crazy at 11.4 rebounds per game. What I also love besides that Davis scoring like crazy this year, is he gets it done on the defensive end. Davis is averaging 3.5 blocks per game. I wrote an article this year saying who my top 5 MVP's are this year. It is titled Top 5 MVP Candidates for the 2014-2015 NBA Season. Davis is shooting 57 percent from the field and 80 percent from the free throw line. He is high running to me in MVP consideration. Last night Anthony Davis showed us again why he is currently to me the best player in the NBA. Davis scored a career high 43 points and pulled down 14 rebounds, to lead the New Orleans Pelicans to a 106-94 win over the Utah Jazz.  Here are the stats for each team.

The New Orleans Pelicans improved to 7-5 with the win, while the Utah Jazz drop to 5-9 with the loss.   I want to see the whole squad of the Pelicans stay healthy, because if they do, I feel they will be in the playoffs in the Western Conference.
