Dwyane Wade and James Jones go off as they take game 1 from Boston Celtics.
Dwyane Wade played very well today against the Boston Celtics. He scored 38 points which helped the Miami Heat defeat the Boston Celtics 99-90 to win game 1 against Boston. James Jones was a huge spark off the bench has he scored 25 points and hit 5 of 7 from three point range. Lebron James added 22 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Chris Bosh only scored 7 points but pulled down 12 rebounds. They really didn't need Bosh scoring when Wade, James Jones and Lebron were going off like crazy with scoring. As for the Boston Celtics Ray Allen led with 25 points and hit 5 out of 8 from three point range. Paul Pierce added 19 points and 7 rebounds. Delonte West added 10 points and 5 rebounds off the bench. I was very surprised when Heat took game 1. Boston needs to step up there game in the next game. It's too bad they don't have Kendrick Perkins anymore. Congratulations to the Miami Heat on game 1. Thank you for reading my NBA Blog and I encourage you to send me your comments, questions, things you'd like to see on the blog. After the NBA finals are over I will start covering some players in the NBA draft and will make two mock drafts. I also encourage you to look around at the stores I have here on this blog and to buy that NBA jersey, athletic footwear, sports video games at one great store on here. I thank all of you for reading my NBA Blog and I hope you will continue to keep reading for I appreciate your support.

I know James Jones’ absurd number of open looks contributed to the Heat win, but is there any doubt about who is Miami’s most important player? When Wade plays well and is the focal point of the offense, the Heat are probably unbeatable.

Dwyane Wade is definity Miami's most important player. I think it was the 2006 finals when Miami trailed the Dallas Mavericks 2-0 and Wade just went off in scoring. Also I bet James Jones has to feel like he is in shooting heaven with having Lebron, Wade and Bosh on the team.
