Wesley Matthews helps Trailblazers win to trail the Mavericks 2-1
I personally think that the Utah Jazz ought to be kicking themselves in the foot for not resigning Wesley Matthews. Well now he is helping Portland. On thursday night Wesley Matthews helped Portland beat the Dallas Mavericks 97-92 to trail the Trailblazers 2 games to 1. Wesley Matthews scored 25 points. LaMarcus Aldridge added 20 points. Andre Miller added 16 points and 7 assists. Brandon Roy finally had a good game again by also adding 16 points on 6 of 10 shooting in over 23 minutes of playing time. Jason Terry led the Mavericks in scoring with 29 points on 10 of 13 shooting including 5 out of 7 from three point range. Dirk Nowitzki added 25 points and 9 rebounds. No one else for the Mavericks is really worth talking about because Terry and Nowitzki are the only Mavs players who scored in double figures. Congratulations to the Portland Trailblazers for winning a game and to Brandon Roy for playing better. Thank you for reading my NBA blog
