Washington Wizards blow out the Atlanta Hawks like birthday candles
The Washington Wizards Saturday Night did something I think is rather shocking. They blew out a playoff team the Atlanta Hawks like birthday candles by defeating them 115-83. Andray Blatche led the Wizards in scoring with 23 points. Rookie point guard John Wall added 19 points, 7 assists and 5 rebounds. Yi Jianlian added 15 points and 9 rebounds. The Wizards need to play like this more often. As for the Atlanta Hawks Al Hortford had a double double with 21 points and 10 rebounds, Joe Johnson added 16 points and 7 rebounds and Jamal Crawford added 13 points. The Washington Wizards will have to look toward the NBA draft next year to turn the franchise around. This was a great game by the Wizards as for the Hawks why win when you already clinched a playoff spot.
