Top 3 Players for Jazz to target with the 5th pick
- Julius Randle- I believe Vonleh will be gone, so I would select Julius Randle. I know the Jazz have Derrick Favors at power forward. I do wonder if the Jazz could try Favors at center. Randle has good rebounding who reminds me of Zach Randolph. I think Randle will put up 15 and 10 if he gets to start.
- Aaron Gordon- Has high energy who reminds me of Denver Nuggets power forward Kenneth Faried. Gordon has good athleticism. Has high intangibles. If Gordon works on his jump shot I think he will become a great player. What do you think of Aaron Gordon's game?
- Dante Exum- I know that the Jazz have Trey Burke at point guard. Could Dante Exum play as a two guard? Exum could also come in and play some point at times as well. Would Alec Burks be willing to be a 6th man? Those are questions to answer. How would you feel if the Utah Jazz selected Dante Exum with the 5th pick?
Top 3 Players for Jazz to target with the 23rd pick
- Shabazz Napier- Napier could be gone before this pick. I don't know how this draft is going to go. If Napier is still on the board, this pick would be a steal for the Jazz. I think Napier could be a great 6th man. Napier could be a good starter as well. I'm not sure on Trey Burke yet. Napier would be a great backup for Burke. Would you take Napier with the 23rd pick?
- Jermani Grant- Grant could be a great small forward coming off the bench, who could provide some defense. Grant may be good enough to start. You never know about these players until they get out on the court. Defense doesn't hurt to have. If Napier is gone, my second choice with the 23rd pick would be Grant. Yes Grant could be gone too though.
- Jordan Adams- Could provide some scoring off the bench for the Jazz. You never know Adams might be a starter. One way or another, this gives the Jazz another scoring shooting guard. I would be ok with this pick. What do you think?
I admit I don't get to watch much college basketball. What do you think of the three players I have the Jazz targeting with each of the picks? Send me your comments. Thank you for reading Pro Basketball Hoops Land.
