Is Patty Mills one of the best backup point guard in the NBA? Mills scores 26, Duncan adds 20 and 15 to lead Spurs to win over Mavs

Patty Mills is one of the most exciting backup point guards for the San Antonio Spurs. Patty Mills the 6 foot 185 pound point guard does a lot with little minutes for the Spurs. Mills is currently averaging almost 18 minutes a game, 17.7 to be exact. Last night the San Antonio Spurs defeated the Dallas Mavericks 109-100. 6 foot point guard Patty Mills lead the way for San Antonio with 26 points, 6 assists, 2 steals and had 6 of 11 shooting from three point land. Power forward Tim Duncan, and small forward defender Kwahi Leonard achieved double-double status. Tim Duncan scored 20 points and pulled down 15 rebounds. Small forward Kwahi Leonard added 16 points, 16 rebounds and 2 steals. Daniel Green scored 12 points and 3 rebounds on 6 of 10 shooting. Manu Ginobili added 10 points, 7 assists and 2 steals. The Spurs improved to 61-18 with the win and are 3 1/2 games ahead of the Oklahoma City Thunder for the top seed in the Western Conference. Do you believe that the San Antonio Spurs will go back to the NBA Finals? Is Patty Mills the best backup point guard in the NBA? What did you think of this game as a Spurs fan? Send me your comments. For the Dallas Mavericks, Monta Ellis lead the way with 24 points, 4 assists, 4 rebounds, and shot 10 of 22 from the field. 7 footer power forward Dirk Nowitzki scored 19 points and 6 rebounds on 8 of 14 shooting. Pass-first point guard Jose Calderon scored 14 points and 3 rebounds. Shawn Marion added 12 points, 3 rebounds and 2 blocked shots in the game. The Dallas Mavericks are currently sitting in the 8th seed in the Western Conference. The Mavs are one game ahead of Memphis, and trail the Golden State Warriors by 1 game for the 6th seed in the Western Conference. Do you think the Dallas Mavericks and the San Antonio Spurs would make a good first round Western Conference match up? Send me your thoughts on this game or any other game.
