The Portland Trailblazers are one of the most improved teams in the NBA this season. I don't know how many others believed they wouldn't be a playoff team this season. I didn't think they would be. I am impressed with their performance this season. Last night they won their 53rd game of the season, by defeating the Golden State Warriors in overtime 119-117. All star power forward LaMarcus Aldridge lead the way with 26 points, 7 rebounds, 3 steals and shot 11 of 23 from the field. Shooting guard Wesley Matthews scored 24 points, 3 assists, 3 rebounds and shot 4 of 10 from three point land. Nicolas Batum scored 18 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists. Mo Williams scored 18 points, 3 assists, 3 rebounds on 8 of 10 shooting in almost 22 minutes of playing time. Big man Robin Lopez scored 16 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists.
