The New York Knicks to me have been an up and down NBA team. I feel one minute they are close and the next minute they are falling flat on their faces. One of the highlights of this NBA season for the Knicks has been rookie Tim Hardaway Jr. If I'm the Knicks their are only three players worth keeping (Carmelo Anthony, Tyson Chandler and Tim Hardaway Jr.) The New York Knicks defeated the Philadelphia 76ers 123-110. The win sent the 76ers to their 17th straight loss. Rookie shooting guard Tim Hardaway Jr lead the way for the New York Knicks with 28 points, shooting 9 of 13 from the field and 5 of 7 from three point land. Amare Stoudemire scored 23 points, 6 rebounds on 9 of 10 shooting. Carmelo Anthony scored 22 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. J.R. Smith scored 22 points, 5 assists, 3 rebounds and 2 steals. Raymond Felton added 13 points, 2 assists and 2 steals for the New York Knicks. The New York Knicks now only trail the Atlanta Hawks by 3 1/2 for the 8th seed.
