Hawks snap 6 game losing skid with win over Jazz

The Atlanta Hawks started off the season solid. They were at one point only one of three teams at .500 or above in the Eastern Conference. This team isn't the same without big man Al Horford. I feel sorry for the Hawks not having him out on the court. The Hawks came into this game losing six games in a row and are currently sitting in the 8th seed in the Eastern Conference. The Atlanta Hawks defeated the Utah Jazz 112-110 to snap a six game losing skid. Kyle Korver lead the way for Atlanta with 26 points, shooting 8 of 12 from the field and 4 out of 4 from three point land. Paul Millsap scored 23 points, 8 rebounds and 3 assists. Jeff Teague scored 14 points, 6 assists and 3 rebounds. Pero Antic scored 12 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, shot 4 of 8 from the field and 2 of 6 from three point land. DeMarre Carroll added 11 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, shot 4 of 7 from the field and 3 of 5 from downtown. The Atlanta Hawks improve to 27-35 with the win over the Utah Jazz. For the Utah Jazz rookie point guard Trey Burke lead the way with 23 points, 4 assists, 2 rebounds, shot 60 percent (9-15) and 5 of 8 from three point land. Marvin Williams scored 18 points, 6 rebounds and 3 steals. Richard Jefferson scored 15 points, shot 6 of 9 from the field and 3 of 4 from downtown. Derrick Favors scored 14 points, 9 rebounds and 2 steals. Gordon Hayward added 13 points, 8 rebounds, 7 assists and 2 steals. Who do you think the Utah Jazz should draft in the 2014 NBA Draft? Will the Atlanta Hawks make the playoffs? Send me your thoughts on this. Thank you for reading Pro Basketball Hoops Land.
