Durant and Westbrook shine in victory over the Lakers

I find Oklahoma City Thunder one of the most exciting teams in the Western Conference. They have a starting five of (Perkins, Ibaka, Durant, Sefolosha, Westbrook) then a bench of (Reggie Jackson, Jeremy Lamb, Caron Butler, Perry Jones III, Steven Adams, Hasheem Thabeet, Nick Collison and Derek Fisher). Last night the Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the L.A. Lakers 131-102. Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook scored 29 points each. Kevin Durant has scored 25 or more points in the last 30 games. Talk about an impressive streak. KD added 4 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 blocks and shot 11 of 11 from the free throw line. Russell Westbrook added 9 assists, 3 steals, 2 rebounds, shot 9 of 17 from the field, and 4 of 7 from three point range. Serge Ibaka scored 15 points, 13 rebounds and blocked 7 shots. Caron Butler added 11 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists in 28 minutes off the bench. The win improves the Thunder to 48-17. What did you think of the performances of Durant, Westrbook and Ibaka this game? Send me your comments on this. For the Los Angeles Lakers Jodie Meeks lead the way with 19 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists and shot 3 of 4 from three point land. Kent Bazemore scored 16 points and 7 rebounds. Pau Gasol scored 14 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 blocks. Point guard Jordan Farmar added 13 points and 3 assists in 25 minutes off the bench. Who should the Los Angeles Lakers draft in the 2014 NBA Draft? Should Pau Gasol resign with the Lakers or go elsewhere? Send me your thoughts on this game or these questions.
