Ellis and Dirk's double-double leads Mavericks to win over 76ers

Monta Ellis and Dirk Nowitzki are scoring machines to this Dallas Mavericks offense. Last night against the Philadelphia 76ers, Ellis and Dirk both had double-doubles to lead the Mavs to a 97-94 win over the 76ers. Monta lead the way with 24 points and 10 assists. Dirk scored 20 points and pulled down 10 boards. Shawn Marion scored 20 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 steals. Point guard Jose Calderon added 14 points, 4 assists, and 3 rebounds. Calderon didn't have to assist much with Ellis dropping ten dimes in the game. Congratulations to the Mavericks on the win and improved to 7-4. For the Philadelphia 76ers, Ohio State drafted shooting guard, Evan Turner lead with 26 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists. Filling in for rookie Michael Carter Williams, point guard Tony Wroten scored 19 points, 5 steals, 3 assists, and 3 rebounds. James Anderson added 14 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals. Thaddeus Young scored 12 points, 11 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals. Spencer Hawes also had a double-double with 10 points, 11 rebounds and to add along with 3 blocks.
