Here is how the NBA Playoffs Standing so far at this point as of April 25, 2013. Western Conference- Oklahoma City Thunder leads the series 2-0 over the Houston Rockets. San Antonio Spurs leads the series 2-0 over the Los Angeles Lakers. Los Angeles Clippers leads the series 2-0 over the Memphis Grizzlies. Denver Nuggets and the Golden State Warriors series is tied at 1-1. Eastern Conference- Miami Heat leads the series 2-0 over the Milwaukee Bucks. New York Knicks are ahead of the Boston Celtics 2-0. Indiana Pacers leads the series 2-0 over the Atlanta Hawks. Brooklyn Nets and the Chicago Bulls are tied at 1-1.
