Pro Basketball Hoops Land: Jordan Hill and Kobe Bryant achieve a double-double to lead Lakers to win over the Pistons

Entering into this game with a 4-13, taking on the Detroit Pistons who had a 3-14 record. I admit I wouldn't have had any idea who I thought would have won this game, because both the Lakers and the Pistons have been playing terrible this season. Tonight I want to talk about three players from the Lakers squad, 1) Jordan Hill, 2) Kobe Bryant and 3) Nick Young. The Los Angeles Lakers defeated the Detroit Pistons 106-96. Jordan Hill played out of his mind tonight by scoring 22 points and pulling down 13 rebounds. Kobe Bryant impressed me tonight with the fact that he trusted his teammates by dishing out 13 assists in this game. I personally think Kobe Bryant shouldn't take most than 20 shots a game, unless he is on a hot streak. Tonight Kobe only took 11 shots. Here are the stats for each team.

Nick Young while he didn't shoot great from the field, he shot good for the free throw line and three point land. Nick Young or Swaggy P whatever you want to call him, could be a possible sixth man of the year candidate. Young is averaging 14.1 points per game , shooting 39 percent from the field and 40 percent from three point range. While this game is against a struggling Detroit Pistons team, to me a win is a win.
