Wizards win behind John Wall scoring 25: Wizards close to playoff contention

The Washington Wizards trading this year's first round pick to the Phoenix Suns to land center Marcin Gortat. What was their thinking? Their plan was to make the playoffs. They are close to it. If the Knicks lose to the Golden State Warriors tonight then the Washington Wizards will make the playoffs. The Washington Wizards defeated the Atlanta Hawks 101-97. All-star point guard John Wall lead the way with 25 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 steals. Power forward Drew Gooden scored 16 points, 8 rebounds and 2 steals. Shooting guard Bradley Beal scored 14 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Trevor Ariza scored 13 points and 5 rebounds. Center Marcin Gortat added 12 points, 11 rebounds, 4 blocks and 2 assists. I believe the Wizards will make the playoffs. How far do you believe the Washington Wizards will go in the 2014 NBA Playoffs? I like some of their talent (Wall,Beal, Gortat, Gooden, Ariza, Nene). For the Atlanta Hawks, point guard Jeff Teague lead the way with 19 points and 3 assists. Paul Millsap scored 17 points, 5 assists, 4 rebounds and 2 steals. Pero Antic added 13 points and 12 rebounds. Cartier Martin scored 13 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals. Louis Williams added 12 points on 4 of 10 shooting in 32 minutes of playing time. Will the Hawks make the 2014 NBA Playoffs? Wizards fans how excited are you this season about this team? Send me your thoughts on this game or any other game.
