The New York Knicks are getting hot at the right time of the season. They currently only trail the Atlanta Hawks by one game for the 8th seed in the Eastern Conference. It to me has felt like a rollercoaster ride for the Knicks this season. The Knicks to me this year are like a weather day with all four seasons in one. I've seen them win 5-6 games, then turn around and lose 7 in a row. Maybe the Knicks will get into the 2014 NBA Playoffs and surprise everyone. It would be interesting. The New York Knicks defeated the Golden State Warriors 89-84. J.R. Smith lead the way for the Knicks with 21 points, 5 rebounds and had 8 of 17 shooting. Carmelo Anthony scored 19 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists. Amare Stoudemire achieved double-double status. Amare scored 15 points and pulled down 13 rebounds. When healthy Amare is one of the best power forwards in the NBA. Rookie shooting guard Tim Hardaway Jr. added 15 points on 3 of 7 shooting from downtown in 28 minutes of playing time.
