Carmelo scores 33: Knicks finally get a win:

The New York Knicks are one of my favorite teams in the NBA. I feel sorry for the fans this season. They have played alot of embarrassing games. I feel that Carmelo Anthony will leave the Knicks. I can't say I really blame him. I think that this team shouldn't have traded off for Andrea Bargnani. None of us can go back now. I don't blame the coach or even Carmelo Anthony. I think Melo is playing out of his mind this year. One player can't do it alone. Last night the Knicks finally get a win. The New York Knicks defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves 118-106. Carmelo Anthony scored 33 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals and shot 14 of 27 from the field. Amare Stoudemire scored 18 points, 8 rebounds and had 2 blocked shots. Raymond Felton scored 18 points, 8 assists, 4 steals and 3 rebounds. Tyson Chandler achieved a double-double. Chandler scored 15 points and pulled down 14 rebounds. J.R. Smith scored 14 points, 5 assists, 5 rebounds, shot 6 of 11 from the field and shot 2 of 4 from three point range. Rookie and one of my favorite New York Knicks, Tim Hardaway Jr. added 11 points on 4 of 10 shooting. The New York Knicks improve to 22-40 with the win. I hope the struggling Knicks make a comeback and get into the playoffs. For the Minnesota Timberwolves Kevin Love lead with 19 points and 8 rebounds. Nikola Pekovic scored 17 points and 6 rebounds. Corey Brewer scored 16 points and 6 rebounds. Kevin Martin added 12 points and 3 rebounds. Point guard and incredible passer Ricky Rubio scored 11 points, 8 assists, 6 rebounds and shot 4 of 6. Rookie Shabazz Muhammad added 10 points, 3 rebounds and shot a perfect 5 of 5 from the field. The Minnesota T-Wolves drop to 30-30 (.500) with the loss. If the T-Wolves were in the Eastern Conference they would be awesome. It seems you have to play .550 or better ball in the West to get into the playoffs. Do you think the Knicks will come back and make the playoffs? Will the T-Wolves make the playoffs? Do you feel sorry for Melo this season? Send me your thoughts on this. Thank you for reading Pro Basketball Hoops Land.
