Amare leads the way for the Knicks: Knicks win their 4th straight game
The New York Knicks have got off to a terrible start this season. The Eastern Conference though in whole is just very bad outside of Indiana Pacers and Miami Heat. Amare Stoudemire played the best game I've seen in a long time. Stat lead the way for the Knicks by scoring 21 points, 5 rebounds and shot 8 of 10 from the field. The New York Knicks defeated the Philadelphia 76ers 102-92 to achieve their 4th straight victory. The New York Knicks are currently only 1/2 game out of the 8th spot in the Eastern Conference. The Knicks are currently 14-22 and are 6-4 in their last 10 games. Carmelo Anthony scored 18 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists. J.R. Smith added 14 points, 6 assists, 3 rebounds, shot 5 of 8 from the field, and 3 out of 4 from three point land. For the Philadelphia 76ers Spencer Hawes and James Anderson each lead the way with 17 points. Hawes added 7 rebounds and 5 assists. I feel that the 76ers should keep Hawes because I think he could be a key piece to them possibly winning a championship in the future. James Anderson added 7 rebounds to go along with his 17 points. Thaddeus Young added 15 points, 5 rebounds and 4 steals. What do you think of the New York Knicks performance lately? Will they make the playoffs? Will Carmelo stay or go somewhere else? Send me your thoughts on this. Also stayed tuned for soon I have something for both the Knicks, 76ers and all of the other 28 NBA teams for this blog. Thank you for reading Pro Basketball Hoops Land.
