The bench of the Pelicans sends the Knicks to their 9th straight loss

Their is no question that the New York Knicks are struggling right now. They lost their 9th straight game to the New Orleans Pelicans who defeated them 103-99. The bench was spectacular for the Pelicans. Ryan Anderson lead the charge with 31 points and 6 rebounds. Anderson hit seven three pointers in the game. Tyreke Evans scored 24 points, 7 assists, 4 steals and shot 8 of 13 in the game. Jrue Holiday almost had a double-double, with 11 points and 9 assists. Eric Gordon added 10 points. The win for the New Orleans Pelicans sends them to 8-8. .500 ball is good, but in the Western Conference it seems you have to play .550 to .600 ball to be seeded in the top 8. For the struggling New York Knicks I feel for you with losing Tyson Chandler. Carmelo Anthony obtained double-double status by scoring 23 points and pulling down 10 rebounds. Rookie late first rounder Tim Hardaway Jr. scored 21 points, and hit 5 of 8 from three point range. Andrea Bargnani tried to provide rim protection by scoring 17 points, pulling down 7 boards and had 6 blocked shots. Raymond Felton scored 12 points and 8 assists. J.R. Smith added 12 points and 8 rebounds. The Knicks drop to 3-13. Can the Knicks turn things around in December? Hopefully Tyson Chandler will be back sooner and healthier rather than later. Pelican fans how did you like the performance of Ryan Anderson? Are you liking the signing of Tyreke Evans? Send me your thoughts on this and any other game you want to talk about.
