The Nets struggles continue as the Lakers defeat Brooklyn 99-94

The Brooklyn Nets are struggling this season. I had this team as a two seed in the Eastern Conference. This team just can't find the chemistry, or it's taking a while to get it to come together. On Wednesday the Lakers defeated the struggling Brooklyn Nets 99-94. Nick Young lead the way with 26 points, and knocked down four three point shots. Pau Gasol scored 21 points and pulled down 8 boards. Jordan Farmar scored 15 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists. Jodie Meeks added 11 points off the bench. The Los Angeles Lakers bench is much better this season than last year. The Lakers are now 8-8 with the victory over the Nets. For the 4-11 Brooklyn Nets, Joe Johnson lead with 18 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists. Mirza Teletovic scored 17 points, 5 rebounds and hit 4 of 7 from three point land. Andray Blatche scored 14 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals. Alan Anderson added 14 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists. Towards the end of the game Jason Kidd spilled a soda and got fined $50,000 for it. I feel sorry for the Nets and their struggles. I admit I love watching Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett play. Will the Nets turn things around? I believe they will. How impressed are you with Nick Young's performance? I think he was a great pickup for the Lakers. Will Kobe (the Black Mamba) return by Christmas or even sooner? Thank you for reading Pro Basketball Hoops Land.
