Iguodala Buzzer Beater leads Warriors to win over the Thunder.
I admit last night I watched the Houston Rockets versus the New York Knicks game on ESPN. I wish I stayed up long enough to watch the second game though. With 2.3 seconds left Russell Westbrook hit a shot that was possibly the potential to be the game winner or so everybody might have thought. In the final closing seconds though Klay Thompson inbounded the ball to Andre Iguodala. Iguodala then threw up the shot and in the hoop it went. With that buzzer beater it Iggy's buzzer beater helped the Golden State Warriors defeat the Oklahoma City Thunder 116-115. Klay Thompson lead the Warriors in scoring with 27 points. Thompson also had 5 rebounds and 3 blocks. Klay shot 10 of 15 from the field, and 6 of 9 from three point range. Warriors were knocking threes, and they hit 14 of them in the game. Davidson point guard all star Stephen Curry added 22 points, 9 assists and 5 rebounds. Curry hit four of eight from downtown. David Lee scored 20 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists. Harrison Barnes added 16 points off the bench. Game winner Andre Iguodala scored 14 points and 9 assists. Iggy shot 5 of 6 from the field, and a perfect 2 of 2 from three point range. For the Oklahoma City Thunder who came close, Westbrook lead with 31 points, 9 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 steals. Serge Ibaka had an offensive explosion and had a double double. Ibaka or I like to refer to him as Iblocka, had 27 points, 13 rebounds and 3 blocks. Kevin Durant added 20 points, 8 assists, 7 rebounds, and shot 5 of 13 from the field. Reggie Jackson added 12 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists off the bench. This game was wild and crazy. I enjoyed this morning when I woke up and saw the highlights. Thank you for reading Pro Basketball Hoops Land. I want to hear from you. What did you think about this game? What did you like about it? What did you hate about it? Send me your thoughts.
