Thunder win the series 4-1 over Nuggets by winning 100-97

The Oklahoma City Thunder tonight defeated the Denver Nuggets 100-97 to win the series 4 games to 1. Kevin Durant (KD) led the way with 41 points on 14 of 27 shooting. Russell Westbrook scored 14 points added 5 rebounds and 4 assists. This time he didn't take 30 shots like he did in game 4 he took 15. I feel that Durant is the player that should be taking the shots especially in the fourth quarter and tonight that very thing did happen. James Harden added 12 points off the bench. Kendrick Perkins added 11 points and 9 rebounds. There is one more stat I got to talk about for the Thunder. Serge Ibaka while only scoring 1 point he had 9 blocks and 8 rebounds. Ibaka was a beast on the defensive end. I talk alot about the offensive but I wanted to give credit to Ibaka for his defense. As for the Denver Nuggets they fought hard but fell short in the end. Aaron Afflalo led with 15 points. Kenyon Martin (K-Mart) added a double double with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Ty Lawson and Raymond Felton each added 13 points. I will say this much about the season for the Denver Nuggets when they traded Melo I didn't even think they would make the playoffs. Congratulations to a good season by the Denver Nuggets and hopefully maybe next year.
