The Memphis Grizzlies are moving on

When this season started out and the Spurs were rocking I thought they might possibly win the NBA finals this year possibly. I believed that for the most part until I seen the playoffs. The Memphis Grizzlies were hungry for this series. Well there hunger can be satisfied for right now as they defeated the San Antonio Spurs 99-91 to take the series from the best record in the west Spurs. When a number eight seed beats a number one seed to me that is very impressive. Zach Randolph has been amazing in these playoffs and has been a very improved athlete since coming over to the Memphis Grizzlies. Zach Randolph (Z-Bo) did some great NBA ballin tonight by scoring 31 points and pulling down 11 rebounds while scoring 16 of his 31 in the fourth quarter. Marc Gasol was also impressive with 12 points and 13 rebounds. Tony Allen and rookie point guard Greivis Vasquez added 11 points. For the San Antonio Spurs Tony Parker led with 23 points and only had 4 assists. Manu Ginobili added 16 points. Tim Duncan added a double double with 12 points and 10 rebounds. For the Memphis Grizzlies congratulations to them for winning this series 4 games to 2 over the San Antonio Spurs. For the San Antonio Spurs it's time to go home and think about possibly next season as long as there is no NBA lockout.
