Dallas Mavericks advance to the next round by beating the Portland Trailblazers 103-96
Ok admit it how many of you thought Dallas Mavericks might have choked in these playoffs like they did in the finals years ago vs Miami Heat. Well good news they didn't as they beat the Portland Trailblazers 103-96 to advance to the next round. Dirk Nowitzki led with 33 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. Jason Terry added 22 points and 8 assists. Shawn Marion added 16 points and 6 rebounds. Tyson Chandler scored 9 points and added 7 rebounds. As for the Portland Traiblazers both Gerald Wallace and LaMarcus Aldridge added double doubles. Gerald Wallace led with 32 points and 12 rebounds. LaMarcus Aldridge added 24 points and 10 rebounds. Wesley Matthews added 19 points. Congratulations to the Dallas Mavericks for advancing to the next round. As for Portland you will have to wait for possibly next year if there isn't an NBA lockout which I hope there isn't. I do like the makeup of your team though with Marcus Camby, LaMarcus Aldridge, Gerald Wallace, Wesley Matthews or Brandon Roy and Andre Miller.
